Access Control

Make sure only people you authorise can get in, and log their access

You decide who gets in, where and when

Access cards & tags

Access cards or tags are the key to access control. Each card or tag can be programmed for different access levels, which means you can determine who has access through which door and when

This becomes particularly relevant in a multi tenanted building where each tenant needs access to their own tenancy, but they all need access to the car park, or in an environment where you require different people to have access to different areas – for example in a trade business you might want the office staff to have access to the office, but not the tool store, whereas the trades staff need access to the warehouse and tool store, but not the office

“Each card or tag can be programmed for different access levels, which means you can determine who has access where, and when”

What type of access control system do I need?

You need a system that has the capacity to include all the doors that you need control of and also a system that has enough users that you require

There are many different brands in the market, and they all operate in a similar way. We use and recommend a system called Inception by Inner Range. We use Inception because it is a scalable web powered system that incorporates both intruder security and access control and can be scaled to any customer requirements, including multiple sites

However, any system should be designed to suit the environment it is being installed in, there is no 1 system fits all type of solution – and that is why you need the assistance of our competent techs to help you determine how many doors, what type of locks, in what locations and ultimately what system will be the best for you and your property. The end goal is to ensure you have a reliable system and it works the way you need it to work

Our techs are experienced with many different brands, so if you already have an older type of system that is in need of an upgrade, or just isn’t working the way you wish it would, we can help you with that too

CCTV Cameras

Keeping an eye on whats important to you

The quality & sophistication of cameras has never been better, yet they have never been more affordable than now

Why should I install cameras?

  • Monitor who is coming and going
  • perimeter surveillance
  • peace of mind
  • trouble spot monitoring
  • theft deterrent
  • health & safety
  • staff monitoring & training
  • plus many other reasons

Cameras have become very much accepted in society today. They are everywhere! Most public places such as restaurants, shops, car parks and even Taxis have some form of surveillance system in place.

Cameras are also becoming common in residential applications, because people can monitor their property remotely via their mobile phone. All of our systems have this capability, all you need is an active internet connection and we can provide this feature for you too.

Imagine waiting for a parcel to arrive – with our systems you can receive a push notification when a particular area is accessed (say your front porch) – you can then view that notification and get video verification that it was a courier delivering your parcel

“Our techs are trained in identifying the best location to install your cameras”

What type of camera system do I need?

Cameras come in all shapes and sizes, but not all cameras are equal

Dome cameras and bullet cameras are the most common these days – but again not all dome or bullet cameras are created equal – there are many different lens sizes, vari-focal (zoom in & out), infrared for night vision, etc. And to make it more complicated there are differing levels of infrared & vari-focal too.

We firmly believe that every installation should be assessed on its own merits and then the best camera system selected to suit that environment and your budget.

Our techs are up with the play with selecting the right camera for each location, and we will always recommend the most suitable to give you the desired solution you expect. There is little point in installing a camera that is good for an overview when you are actually wanting fine detail – you will be disappointed with the result and we don’t succeed with disappointed customers

Alarm Systems

Sound the alarm!

It’s not always possible to keep an intruder out, so it’s important that you are alerted when your security gets compromised

What type of system do i need?

You need a system that protects the perimeter, and in particular covers any possible entry points

There are many different brands in the market, and they all operate in a similar way. We use and recommend a New Zealand developed & manufactured product from a company called Arrowhead Alarm Products, which was founded in 1986 in Auckland. If it’s an all wireless system that you need, then we’d recommend an Ajax alarm. These systems are great, we highly recommend them

Any system should be designed to suit the environment it is being installed in, there is no 1 system fits all type of solution – and that is why you need the assistance of our competent techs to help you determine how many sensors, in what locations etc to ensure you have a reliable system.

Our techs are experienced with many different brands, so if you already have an older type of system that is in need of an upgrade, we can help you with that too

“Our techs do a site survey before undertaking any install work – every site is unique, and it’s important we identify the best solution to suit your needs”

Is one system better than another?

Not really. All systems are very similar in the way they operate. What makes a system unique is the way it is setup and programmed.

That is why Our techs do a site survey before undertaking any install work – every site is unique, and it’s important we identify the best solution to suit your needs

Most systems come with options, such as LCD keypads or touch screen keypads – you can have either option or both options depending on your requirements

All modern systems can have a mobile phone app these days too, so using your system can be as easy as using a phone
